Hello Mudgirls! šŸ˜˜

Let's do a yummy omelette for breakfast today!




You will need:

- 1 ripe banana

- 2 eggs

- Coconut oil

- Grated coconut (to your liking)

Optional:

- Peanut butter

- Red fruit

- Melted chocolate

- Nuts


Heat your pan with and add a tablespoon of coconut oil.


In a bowl, mash your ripe banana and mix with the 2 eggs.


Put the mixture in the pan, let it cook on low heat.

While cooking, add the grated coconut. šŸ„„


When your omelet is ready, put it on a plate and garnish with the toppings of your choice, you can add some grated coconut, put some red fruits with a teaspoon of peanut butter and VOILƀ, you get a good complete breakfast to start the day šŸŒ…
